Return Policy
Triosia is committed to providing customers with satisfactory products. If the product you received has quality issues, is damaged, or does not match your order, you can enjoy a convenient return service. The specific policy is as follows:
Return Period: Returns can be requested within 14 business days from the date of receipt. Returns received after this period will not be accepted. Please understand.
Return Requirements: The product must be unused, unopened, with intact packaging and all accessories. If the product is unusable due to quality issues, it can be returned without unpacking, but clear proof of the problem (such as photos or videos) must be provided.
Return Process: Send a return request to customer service at service@triosia.com, specifying the order number, reason for return, and contact information, along with proof of the product problem. Upon approval, customer service will provide a detailed return address and process. After the return package is shipped, please provide the tracking number for tracking purposes. Refund Processing: Upon receipt of the returned item and confirmation of return eligibility, a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund amount will be credited back to your payment account via the original method. The time of receipt will be determined by your bank or payment platform. If your order previously enjoyed free shipping, if the return amount is less than US$39.99, the original shipping fee (US$5.99 for standard shipping / US$15.99 for VIP shipping) will be deducted from the refund.
